Yesterday, we went to see Marco, the Yogi food guy. Jill was amazed her over the phone directions got us to his operation. Marco is very nice and loves making new delicious things. He also teaches yoga and meditation. As you can imagine we all got along well. Jill offered to do a little website work for him. We or she will go have tea with Marco and his wife this afternoon to talk more.
Then we walked back to town and went to Dyslexia bookstore. I traded in Chronicle of a Death Foretold by G.G. Marquez. It is a very well written odd story that we picked up in Mexico after trading in some book of Jill’s. I got The Story of Sushi for Jill. She is excited. Today is Jill’s cooking class in the afternoon. I get to go have dinner when they are done cooking.
Fuego let off a big puff this morning. The ash is drifting away from Antigua. Hopefully we will stay clean. The moon is up and it’s pretty.
That Marquez book was one of the first things I read in Spanish that I actually “got”. Like I understood enough to actually enjoy it. Good stuff!
